Corel Linux & Netscape 6

I have a box running RH 6.0 Linux and I downloaded and installed Netscape 6.0, but I can’t get it to run from a shortcut/icon on the desktop ( running KDE 1.1 ).

But if I open a terminal screen change to the /packages dir and run ./netscape, the program starts and runs great. But from an icon/shortcut a click or doubleclick yealds nothing, at all.

Am I doing something wrong, correction what am I going wrong?
