Hi Tech Community,
I am working on a school project for a Management of Information Systems class, and I have some questions that I need from someone who works in IT for a big company. Unfortunately, I don’t know anyone who can provide these answers from the perspective of a large corporation. Here are my questions:
1. How is ROI observed and calculated and managed for technological assets?
2. How does your company plan for technology upgrades and enhancements?
3. What area could be improved with more technology and automation?
4. How do you ensure customers that you are protecting their personal and financial data?
5. How are IT assets managed to protect the business?
