correct steps to change out Proliant DL360 motherboard with array

Looking for a step that I am not doing correctly. Server has 5320 Array controller in slot 2. I recognizes the two drives using start array controller software. How do I make sure that the harddrives work again, and not come up with drives not found error. Any help would be appreciated. RBaumiller@aol.com.
