Corrupted Group Profile

After loading and deinstalling MS Mappoint it left an error message in MS Office Applications about a none valid DLL which is not on the system. This only affects one group of users so is Profile based. In NETLOGON there are 4 User Profiles Default & Default1 to 3 one of which is the corrupt one I assume. How do I detect which is the corrupted one and replace it or am I looking at the wrong Profile to change?
