CPU turns on but monitor, keyboard, mouse doesnt.

A week or so ago my power went out when i was using my computer and it turned off. I do have it plugged into a surge protector though. From then on the CPU will power on but the mouse, keyboard and monitor will not. I’m not sure what to do in this situation, please help!
