Crack a password

I am trying to fire up an old NT Server. It is NT Server 4.0, Back Office, Service Pack 3. The silly thing is that I have forgotten the password for the machine and cannot logon to the network. I would like to set it up to monitor our internet activity through the network.

If anyone could help, that would be great.
