Create a batch file

Hello all,
If i can get some help on this please:
Need to createa batch file or a VB script which ever is esiest to do the following:

Copy users data into a Network folder with users name on it for example:

like to copy , my documents, favorites, etc from local profile and create a floder on the network with users name to copy this data to
