Create a Outlook Bar Shortcut to another

Hi everyone!
I have a user who regularly opens up another users calendar in Outlook 2000. Rather than have the user continuously click FILE|OPEN|OTHER USERS FOLDER and then type in all the necessary info. I would like to create an Outlook Bar Shortcut that when the user clicks on it it will open the other users calendar automatically.
