My company uses Exchange 5.5 and outlook 2k for email communications. In an windows NT 4.0 network environment. We want to perform a mass emailing (list is presently over 400) to particular customers external mailboxes out side our domain. Only two people are to have privileges to the list and/or see it.
When I set up a distribution list, exchange limits the number of emails I can have in the list. I could do multiple but would prefer not to.
If I create a distribution list in exchange, I would prefer to hide it. But when I do, the people that want to access the list cannot. I know I can put permissions on it which is fine ,however; I have not found a way that the two people that will use the list can properly input all the selected email addresses out of the companies contacts and other address books.
I have purchased Eudora that I could put on these two people’s desktops. Will that do the trick. How will eudora interact with Outlook? Is there a way to use Eudora with exchange?
