Creating a new DC

Hi,
I was wondering what is involved in transferring DC functionality, (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, etc), when adding a new server.

I am planning to add a new server to the domain to replace the current DC.

Servers OSs: Windows Server 2003 SBS

I would appreciate any suggestions, first hand experience that you may have on this.
