Creating a WinPE CD

A colleague gave me a copy of WinPE. I’m looking to make addition copies for my staff. However, when simpley trying to duplicate the CD (either with OSX or XP), its telling me that there isn’t enough room (since its actually about 2GB compressed onto the CD). Anyone know how to duplicate this CD easily?
