Creating Boot Disk for laptop with PCMCI

I want to create a DOS boot disk for my Armada laptop that has CardWorks PCMCIA controller manager with a Megahertz XJEM3336 LAN/Modem card. I can’t seem to get the card service enabled and therefore I can’t get the network services started.
