Creating bootable cd

hey all,
i am looking for software or any program code to boot a cd as my cd of windows server 2008 is getting ruined and i want to copy i tried copying all files but t doesn’t work and i need to burn windows 7 beta on cd too coz its not getting boot on its own. plz help
