Creating trial version of an application

I have an application developed in VB 6.0 and back end is SQL server 2000. I need to give a trial version to the customer. The requirement is he should be able to run the software for just 10 days. And after that even if he reinstalls it on same or other machine the software should not work. Please tell me how this can be done.
