Critical Alerts

My organisation operate on Windows Small Business Server Environment. Recently i activated Server Monitoring and Reporting. Today i noticed 3 critical alerts on the server performance report. 1. 50070:Unable to connect to the database STS_Config on (our server\Sharepoint…
2.SQLAgent$SHAREPOINT not running
3. Isass.exe process is allocating more memory thanusual.
