CRM for a Small Consulting Company

I run a small IT consulting company, and am looking for a good software to help streamline operations. I need something to track our marketing, and projects for current customers. I would also like something to create a knowledge base, and manage our billable hours. Seems simple right? I can’t fing anything, except for the high dollar products such as Siebel. ACT and Goldmine are great for marketing, but not managing service tickets or billable hours. Does anyone have experience with any good products?
