CRM – Integrated Solution or Best of Bre

We’re evaluating sticking with our ERP vendor for our CRM / eCommerce solution or going with a combination of ‘Best of Breed’ vendors. What is the current concensus out there. Are the ERP vendors, particularly Oracle, headed in the right directionor should we consider a group of boutique vendors, such as Seibel, Ariba, etc., for our solution?
