Cross forest Migration of Exchange Server 2003 to Exchange 2010

One of our customer wanted to Upgrade their exchange environment.
Current Scenario:

1. Two Domain Controller (One is Login domain & second is associated with Exchange server 2003)

2. Same users are at both domains.
3. Customer want to migrate their exchange server and it will associated with login domain,
