CRT 5.0.5 problems on Cisco Aironet

I am not sure about CRT 5.5 but the version 5.0.5 that I am testing earlier seems to has some problems when I paste my config to Cisco Aironet. The config does not really paste it correctly. I have no such problem when working on any of Cisco switches, routers, firewalls or ASAs.
