Cryptographic Service wont start

I caught the blaster virus,i can’t download any windows fixes or crtical updates because my cryptographic service is stopped. Spend 5 hrs on the phone with 3 different Microsoft techs and still cant get it fixed.I think my TCP/IP is messed up and i get an error 126 when i try to start the service up.Cryptofix doesn’t help. I have lost alot of data because of this. I lost ISP 2 weeks ago and the bellsouth tech had me put in a different IP address this may have hurt.Microsoft told me a engineer would call but not yet. Believe me i have tried everything i could find on this.I can not restore because of the virus,and still have it.stuff that uses a signature will not download.I am the administer and i can’t download or update.
