ctihgn.dll Real virus or no?

did a scan with AVG on a windows xp system, avg scan indicates a worm virus at location c:/windows/system32/ctihgn.dll but a googe search comes up with nothing. when i was about to remove the virus avg said it can cause system instability which i have never seen avg do before. do i remove this or no
