ctrl-alt-del shutdown

i’m running a number of workstions with windows 95. some machines when you ctrl-alt-del will give you the option to “shutdown” the computer. other PCs have that option greyed out and unavailable. what do i need to do to get the “shutdown” option after a ctrl-alt-del. thanks, chuck
