Ctrl+Alt+Del window has changed.

The computer running XP was slow and I wanted to reboot. Programs were slow to close, so I tried closing them using Ctrl+Alt+Del, but something I did changed the Task Manager window, and now there is no option to shut-down the computer using that method, I have to pull the plug if the computer freezes.

How do I get back my original Ctrl+Alt+Del with all of it’s functions. I already tried restoring to an older set point, and that didn’t reverse the problem.
