Custom size paper in XP for Epson LQ 2180 printer

I would like to print my receipts in the size of 8.50 inch width x 3.67 inch height. I have also follow the steps for creating a custom size paper but the paper size that I created is not found from the printer’s paper size.

The technician told me that the paper size that I created is not accepted by Epson LQ 2180 printer as it is only accept for the paper size with minimum of 4 inch height.

Is there any solutions for this problem?
