Customizing Windows XP Pro (Network)

I have made a new build of WinXP for our new Dell systems. Having installed SP2 and all the current updates I have noticed some tools that become available for non administrator accounts. For example, Remote Desktop Connection. Having done alot of research on microsoft technet I was unable to find an answer on how to uninstall it. I have noticed that RDC gets installed during the present updates from Microsoft Update but removing the update doesn’t remove it entirely. I couldn’t find anything on the group policy except remote connections and terminal services. I will appreciate any help. Many thanks
