CuteFTP 8.0 Professional not coneccted through LAN

I have serious problem & cannot find the solution yet, thats why am asking your help to sort out this problem.

Whenever i try to connect cuteFTP through LAN it shows an error “Control connection closed” whereas connecting through dial up always be successful.

Any suggestion plz?
