Cyberoam cr100i or Cisco ASA 5510

Can anyone tell me anything about their experience with cr100i? We are in the process of replacing our gear and we are looking for a device that will do lan-2-lan Ipsec, Vpn, ssl vpn, firewall, and content checking.Our first choice was Cisco until we heard about cr100i.
We liked the failover and loadbalancing feature.Please tell me about your experience with the above mentioned devices or device you are using. Thank you in advance.
