Cygwin Printing

Hoping someone with a little more cygwin experience than I have can throw me a bone here…
I’m able to use lpr without a problem, have had no issues piping files over to print. But, I’m trying to get it to keep the text formatting (spacing, font, etc.). Is there another cygutil, or is there a way to define certain defaults?
