D-Link Router and Shaw Internet

Recently I switched from telus High Speed Internet to Shaw Xtreme and had to go buy a router so that I could get both my computers hooked upto the internet.

Ever since the router was installed both my computers will periodically get disconnected from the internet throughout the day. sometimes once every 2-10 hours, sometimes every 5 minutes.

I am hoping someone can help me solve this issue as I have tried to call Shaw about it and they have not been able to help me figure it out either….

I have tried just plugging one computer into the internet and have not been disconnected at all but as soon as my 2nd computer is being used I start getting disconnected.

Router is a D-Link WBR-2310 rangebooster G (Gold Series)
