D-Link wireless Router conflict of some sort

Hi,
I have a dlink DI-524 wireless router. Its gateway is 192.168.0.1 I have a computer of which i have set a static ip too (192.168.1.102) and a laptop which has the ip of 192.168.1.100. The primary DNS IP is 203.96.152.4 with the secondary being 192.168.0.1
When one compter is connecting it will connect fine. When the laptop connects and the computer is connected the computer will loose internet access. I have tried many google searches to no avail. It would be appreiaced if someone can help me out with some suggestions.
