Data Conversion..

Hello,

I have been asked to build a database of customers whom our company would be targeting next month for business. I have been given a .doc file filled with addresses and now i need to convert that to .mdb so that my company can maintain the database.

All i have i got in the document file is the business name and details. All line by line.
For example –
Company XYZ
xyz road
XYZ
and then post code.
And after there is a line break and then the address follows.
Now what i need to know is how do i convert a DOC file to MDB with all the fields like company name, address, phone, postcode?

Can anyone help me??
