data recovery

Hi!
unknowingly i deleted my computers user account by creating another account of my own and making it the computer administrator. Now all the data which were under my old user account were deleted with it. I though these data will be avaialbe through my document & settings/all users at least,..but not found. Now im in a critical position having lots of valuable data in it. Kindly help me out…
