Data Replication in Domain

Dear Friends,
I am facing one problem.

Pro :- I did one domain suscessfully but user want their data safe so i did FOLDER REDIRECTION but user not satisfied with this one. They want creat a folder in client system & in Server also wat ever he stored in that folder it stored in Server system.
It is possible with out any software, If it is possible please tell me details.
