Data Search & Transfer Software – what is available?

Hi,

I need to find software that can search by folder then transfer specificed folders to another location, keeping the directory structure. This will be a transfer between two networked locations.

The server is Windows Server 2003.

I have no idea where to look. Know any good software for this? We have some old stuff that will do this on a file name basis but not by folder.
