DB2 oper_system_services sqlofica error 10.2055

an error oper_system_services sqlofica
identifier 10.2055 occur after tryed to add a automatic backup job in database

we tryed to do an automatic backup (online database ) but system reject this job and need an exclusive acces (SQLTATE 57019 )
so we cancel the operation beacause its wasnt a scheduled backup
next day error occured at morning due a backup pending !! and error DB2 oper_system_services sqlofica error 10.2055

someone has idea for solve this kind of error ?
