Dcpromo failing after running adprep.exe on Windows 2003 server.

After running adprep.exe I run DCPROMO. About half way through the DCPROMO task I receive a message ” You do not have permission to add the computer account to the domain.” “Please enter a user name and password with permission to add a computer to the domain.”
I am using a Domain Admin Account!
