Debug File is 3 Gigs

I have a windows 2000 server with no space on the c: drive. I hav found a file that is about 3 Gigs. It’s c:\winnt\system32\debug (it has no extension). Does anyone know what it is or how I can get rid of it? -Thanks, Nate
