Decompressing a Novell Volume

Does anybody know the exact procedures or steps to decompress a Novell volume? I need to decompress the whole volume so I can copy it’s contents to a Windows 2000 server. I know I can go and disable and enable compression through monitor file system. However that will not decompress currently compressed files.
