Defaults

When I customize the Start Menu and set IE as the web browser to use for Internet, the link appears, but when the link is clicked, the message is “Access denied” and that it may have been removed.

Previously, I had initiated the creation of a limited user account, but stopped it before it could complete. I have deleted all information relating to it from “Document and Settings” and the entry for it under User Accounts. Despite all of this, the message mentioned about still appears. the OS on the machine is XP Home SP2.
