Defrag when the disk defrag %age is greater than the provided value

In the driving me nuts scenario, I would love to apply the script that creates scheduled tasks to defrag more than 100 network pcs when the Defrag -a returns the defragmentation percentage > 5% (provided value). (Do’nt ask why. Policy Makers).
