Defragment networked computers via Group Policy

I’ve been looking and I’m sure there is an answer out their (i’ll keep looking) but I’m trying to do a network wide defrag through a group policy.
I have a .bat file that has defrag c: -f

Is there a way to push this out in Group Policy? I know you can push out policy’s at the local machine level to help avoid permission issues. I would also like to see if it’s possible to run it either late at night once a week or on the weekends.
