Delete email from Outlook

We use another company for our email service for our firm. On our firm computers, we configured Outlook with the POP3 and SMTP servers of our email service provider. Some of our users use Blackberry, where we also set up work emails by using POP3 and SMTP.

Is there a way where we delete an email on blackberry, it also deletes the same email on Outlook? I understand that the Outlook downloads the email into the PST file into the personal computer from the mail server, but again, is there any way it’s still possible for Outlook to delete that email once it’s deleted from Blackberry or the main mail server?
