Delete local profile

Anyone know how to automate a local profile upon logging off the system? I’m in an educational facility and I’m unable to find a quick, easy meathod to do this. There is a 3rd party vendor in the UK, but I do not want to purchase their software. I’m sure someone out there has created some type of script.
