Deleted Items Outlook 07

Good morning everyone!

I have a user that deleted some items out of the deleted items from his outlook 2007. We don’t have an exchange server as we have a company that hosts our email. We are using POP3. Does anyone know of a way to recover there emails? Whether it be with software or any other handy tricks? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
