Deleting a folder in Vista

I am running Vista Business.
I have administrator privileges
I installed a parental filter from Tiscali – which I want to delete. It keeps giving me a virus warning which my virus program cannot delete: W32/Goldun.gen2
I cannot uninstall the program – it tells me I do not have administrator privileges. I do!
I tried logging in as an administrator – needed to create an administrator user – makes no difference.
I tried deleting the folder with the program. Tell’s me I do not have sufficient rights. I tried to modify the rights – it will not let me.
How do I delete this folder!!!!! Help
