Deleting a Folder

I recently had a PC that became virus infect with a number of virus despite being protected by a current version of mcafee. I was able to get most of the stuff off but foudn on user profile folder that I could not delete. Each time I tried I got a message indicating the folder a folder in the local settings folder WT000E6SH was not empty. I search fo this on the the web and Microsoft site with no answer. I tried going into safe node with cmd prompt but no go. I tried taking ownership of the folder, no go it is an NTFS drive so although I thought about bootign to dos no go there either.
Anybody else seen this and or have a an idea what that is about or how to get rid of the file.
