deleting multiple files from Server 2003 badmail

We are running Microsoft Server 2003 x64 with 1GB of RAM and 3.00 GHz processor speed. Found 450,000 objects in the badmail folder and need to clean it out. Taking forever! Is there anyway to speed it up? I found the post on here to batch file an auto delete, just need to get it cleaned out first! Any help would be appreciated….
