Delist IP Address from Microsoft ForeFront

I had a spam sending trojan on our network that got our IP blacklisted. I thought I had removed us from all of the spam databases but I just found out we are being blocked by ForeFront from Microsoft. Does anybody know how I can delist my IP from their spam database?
