Dell 6300/450 Poweredge Server

Server Specification:
Dual 450 Processors
Adaptec AHA7890
NEC CDR-1910A
Created a dos boot disk off the adaptec site. When I run it wont find the cd.

Going to install windows 2003 server but cannot find a dedicated driver for the cd.
