Dell Dimension E-310

Hi,
I’m working on a Dell e-310 Dimension and here is the problem I’m having. I get a Keyboard Failure a Floppy Diskette Failure a Strike the F1 key to Continue and a F2 to Run Set Up Utility.
I know the keyboard works. I installed a new Power Supply.. I can not get past that screen.
Im using a usb keyboard and usb mouse there is no ps2 hookup just only usb plug in please help me get past this point. Thanks for your time and effort. Iv ran out of solution
